Ready-made & shelf companies.

When a fresh incorporation is too slow, we hold clean, pre-registered Swiss AG and GmbH shelf companies — never traded, debt-free, with a documented history and audited accounts. From time to time, established regulated entities are also available for transfer. We handle the share transfer, the board and the register update, and tell you plainly which route fits your timeline.

Contacting us: the practical questions

How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day. A partner reads every enquiry before it is routed, so the first reply comes from someone who can assess your situation, not an inbox. If the matter is time-sensitive, say so and we will treat it accordingly.
What languages can I deal with you in?
English, German, French, Italian and Spanish. Write or call in any of the five, and the partner who handles your matter works with you in the language you choose.
Is the first conversation chargeable?
No. The first conversation carries no fee and no obligation. It is there to work out whether we are the right firm for what you need. An engagement, and any fee, begins only once we have agreed a written scope and you have accepted it.
Will my information be kept confidential?
Yes. Everything you send is treated as strictly confidential. Submitting the form does not create a client engagement, and your information is used only to assess and respond to your enquiry. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Do I have to meet in person?
No. Most international mandates run from start to finish by video and email. An in-person meeting in Zurich or Zug is available whenever it is useful, but it is rarely needed to get started.
Which office should I contact?
Either. Zurich and Zug share one team and one phone number, and your enquiry reaches the right partner regardless of which you write to. Zug is often the base for licensing and substance work; Zurich for corporate and banking matters.
Where exactly are the offices, and is there parking?
Zurich is at Stockerstrasse 45, 8002 Zurich, by Paradeplatz; Zug is at Baarerstrasse 25, 6300 Zug, near the station. Both are easy to reach by public transport, with public parking garages nearby.
Do you act for clients based outside Switzerland?
Yes. Most of the founders and businesses we act for are based abroad and coming into Switzerland. We work across borders by video, email and secure document exchange, and coordinate the Swiss notary, bank and register steps for you.
